What time is the golf cart delivered/picked up?
When you checkout the cart, there are timeframes designated for dropoff. Our carts can be delivered as early as 8am and will be picked up at 8pm on the final day of the rental period.
How old do I have to be to rent and/or drive a cart?
You must be a licensed driver age 25 or older to rent and/or drive carts. To drive the cart, you must be a licensed driver age 21+. The driver must have full coverage auto insurance.
Can I put 7 people on a 6 passenger cart?
No. It is required by law that each person must have their own seat and seat belt.
Do you allow car seats in the golf carts?
No, car seats are strictly forbidden from being installed in the golf carts.

How fast do your carts travel?
Our carts are street legal and are legally bound to a speed between 20-25 mph.
Do you deliver to resorts, condos hotels, rental houses?
Yes, we will deliver to the resort, condo, hotel or rental house in which you are staying.
What makes a cart a street legal or a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV)?
A street legal cart (LSV) must have all of the following specifications:
- A minimum speed of 20 mph and maximum of 25 mph
- Florida registration
- Insurance coverage
- Features turn signals, headlights, tail lights, horn, seat belts, DOT windshield, side mirrors, reflectors, slow moving vehicle sign.

Where can I drive a cart?
Our carts are street legal and can be driven on any road that is 35 mph or less
Where can I park the cart?
Our carts are street legal and must be parked in a legal parking spot just as any other vehicle would be.
Can I drive my cart on a beach?
No. It is illegal to drive carts on the beach.
Can I drive the cart on a bike path?
No. Carts cannot be driven on a bike path.

Do you charge a delivery and pick up fee?
No. Unlike other rental companies, we do not charge any extra fees
Do I have to return my electric cart with a full charge?
Yes, you are responsible for returning the cart with a full charge.
How long does it take to charge a cart?
Our carts have lithium-ion batteries, so it takes only 3-5 hours for a full charge.
How many miles can the standard electric cart go on one charge?
Depends on the speed and the amount of people in the cart, up to 35 miles

How do I charge my electric cart?
The charger is mounted under the middle seat. An extension cord is connected to the charger, which can be plugged into any standard outlet.
Can I go drinking and drive the cart?
No, the cart is considered a motor vehicle and it is illegal to drink and drive.
When do I get my deposit back?
Your deposit will be released up to three days the cart is collected and inspected for damages. Your bank or credit card company may take a few days to release funds back to your account.
What happens if I damage the golf cart?
The deposit taken at the time of rental will be applied towards cost of repairs. Additional charges may apply for damages.

Do I have to wear a seat belt?
Yes. All passengers are required to wear seat belts.
Can anyone drive the golf cart after I rent it?
No, only licensed drivers age 21+ may drive the cart.
